STM32 and ESP32 are two different types of microcontrollers, and their main differences are as follows:
Positioning is different: STM32 bias pin-rich functionality, although there is no wifi and bluetooth speed is not as fast as the ESP32, but can be accessed through the network port to the network can be controlled by more peripherals for consumer electronics and industrial control; and ESP32 bias compact size and speed of ultra-fast and powerful, through the wifi access to the network is specifically designed for the Internet of Things.
Different computing power: STM32's computing power is 210 DMIPS, while ESP32's computing power is up to 600 MIPS.
Different frequency: STM32's main frequency is 168MHZ, while ESP32's main frequency is 240HMZ.
Peripheral interfaces are different: STM32 has very many GPIOs and many functions such as SPI, PWM, AD, DA, etc.; while ESP32 integrates a very large number of peripheral interfaces, basically each 10 has multiple functions.
Network access is different: STM32 has a wired network port, but not wireless Internet access; and ESP32 does not have a wired network port, but you can access the network through wifi.
